Our Fence Warranty
Full fence replacements include a 1-year craftsmanship warranty. FRAMEIT ALL composite fencing adds a 30-year manufacturer warranty.
1-Year Craftsmanship Warranty on Full Fence Replacements
When You Picket Fence Co. replaces your whole fence, we back our craftsmanship (workmanship) for 1 year. If a problem comes from how we built the fence during that year, call us at (210) 243-6733 and we’ll come look at it.
- Covered work: full fence replacements only.
- Not covered by this warranty: repairs, partial replacements, staining or sealing, and other smaller jobs.
- Materials: lumber, hardware, and other products may carry their own manufacturer warranties. Those are separate from ours.
Your written estimate lists the full warranty details for your project. If anything isn’t clear, ask before work starts.
30-Year Manufacturer Warranty on FRAMEIT ALL Composite
We supply and install FRAMEIT ALL composite fencing. According to the FRAMEIT ALL warranty page, registered Cap Composite Fence orders carry a 30-year warranty from FRAMEIT ALL. It covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use after proper installation.
- You must register within 90 days of delivery.
- If composite pickets go on a wood frame, the manufacturer warranty covers fade resistance but not structural performance. Using FRAMEIT ALL steel posts and cap composite or aluminum rails keeps full structural coverage.
- Coverage applies only in the United States, and only to products from authorized sellers.
- The manufacturer lists exclusions, such as removal and reinstallation costs, shipping costs for replacement parts, and damage from storms, misuse, or improper installation.
FRAMEIT ALL provides this warranty, not You Picket Fence Co., and FRAMEIT ALL’s published terms control. The labor on a full composite replacement we install is covered by our 1-year craftsmanship warranty.
